Easter Weekend Part 2

We had a busy Easter Weekend. We started by running a 5k in cold and windy conditions. Then after the race, we headed to Travis and Kelli's and had a bar-b-que, Easter egg hunt for the little ones and a birthday party for Kensie. The food was great. The Easter egg hunt was perfect. The kids LOVED it. They did so well and everyone had PLENTY of eggs! Even little Sajay enjoyed the activity. She found herself a little trail of eggs and just picked them up one by one. It was super cute and super fun.

Happy kids after the Easter egg hunt! They were all successful!

We celebrated Kensie's 8th birthday while we were all together. I can't believe that she is 8. Where has the time gone. She was so excited to open presents and have cake and ice cream. Everything else we did was just icing on the cake for her.
Kensie opening gifts.
Check out her CTR ring and new scripture bag. LOVE IT!
Kensie can't wait for a slice of her chocolate birthday cake.
We also took pictures of all the grand kids in the t-shirts from Lance's run. What a neat memento.

Everyone HAD to hold our sweet, new, little cousin/nephew, Hunter. He wasn't even 3 weeks old yet. He has the best temperament and is just so dang cute!!!
Sophie LOVED giving Hunter sweet little kisses.

Ellie LOVES babies. She could hold Hunter for a long time.
We had a GREAT time with our family. We are blessed to live as close as we do to one another. The cousins love to get together and play. We are thankful for family!
